NEWH Top ID 2023

Yellowbird Design is honoured to have been chosen by our peers as a TopID firm to represent quality of design.  We are so proud to be a part of the NEWH organization who aspire to support all levels of design and designers within their community.  We are inspired everyday by their passion to continuously give back to the design community with unwavering encouragement, promotion and support.

On June 8th, we were so honoured to be recognized along with CHIL Design and Design TWG and were very inspired by everyone who came out to show their support. We’re thrilled to be amongst a group of such amazing designers and their teams! 

The event was held at the W Toronto Hotel at 99 Bloor Street East and included appetizers, desserts and of course, the bar. Sponsorships from fantastic companies such as Brintons Fine Carpet, Metro Wallcoverings, Lutex Design Inc, Mittman Hospitality and Credible Group made the event possible. Demi Melissinou, president of the Toronto NEWH Chapter, put together some fantastically thought-provoking questions for us to answer as part of a Q&A panel of the Top ID recipients. Ryan Wilner of Renwil Hospitality, had everyone smiling as our MC for the evening.  Along with networking with a great group of hospitality design professionals, which is always a huge part of the NEWH events, they were also offering tours of the W Hotel’s public areas and guestrooms.
